At Merilla Lives, every item is made with care — and occasionally, the cryptids get a little wild in the warehouse. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when you contact us.

- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
